 here is a logo (herve-ffwinter.png file)
 and its preview (herve-preview.jpg file)
 NOTICE: to preserve site design, and to always fit all the screen width,
 just add a colored background behind the image (and the banner will seems
 to fit the page ;-)), html color to use: #006699
