 Using "-ar 44100" also faults.

 Dropping the "-ar 48000" works.
 Using "-ar 22050" works. Which makes me think that it could be related to
 this ticket:
 https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/1495
 ... where audio output is corrupt with 48Khz and 44.1Khz, but not
 22.050Khz.
