 I'm sorry for the very long delay, I had forgotten this one.

 Can you tell me why do you need this?

 I'm not sure it is the muxer's job to drop trailing garbage, but I'm
 willing to have it like that if you can provide a good reason for it. I.e.
 I want to know why would there be trailing garbage in the first place?
