 Hi!

 The information recorded in libavdevice.pc is sometimes incomplete.

 When configured with indev lavfi (libavdevice/lavfi.c), which is the
 default, then libavdevice requires libavfilter, but that is not recorded
 in the Requires: or Requires.private: field.
