 I cut 3minutes of the movie and converted its video and audio formats to
 make it small enough to upload. The same error occurs while trying to
 convert the subtitle codec. The file can be found under
 ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/incoming/. Its name is
 SCodecConversionFailsSample.mkv. There is another txt file with the same
 name describing the problem.
