 I tested the following command line and the resulting video plays fine (in
 sync) with WMP:

 $ ffmpeg -i CSI.ts -ss 3 -vf yadif=0:-1,hqdn3d,crop=688:416:14:46 -vcodec
 mpeg4 -acodec aac -strict experimental -qscale 2 out.mp4
 }}}
