Hello.
I would expect that if I pass
ffmpeg $ ./configure --enable-shared --enable-static
that it would either
1) choose the latter of the 2, or
2) fail out, proclaiming that it has been passed conflicting instruction.
It appears that today, if I pass it this, it builds a shared build,
effectively ignoring the "--enable-static" directive. At least for
mingw32-cross compiler.
