 I will upload a Mono TrueHD Sample that could be converted to wav with old
 versions of ffmpeg (including 0.10), fails since f095391 / 27c7ca9, ffplay
 -ac 2 used to work well with older versions, current ffplay
 -request_channels 2 fails.
