 I understand ;) its not that i want to be rude its just that i want to get
 a fix for it (causr its been present for 2 years now...) and nobody seems
 to care (although i think its something important) or willing to test the
 patch if it fixes..
 I will look further to see if someone is able to test the patch to see if
 it fixes the problem... Thank you...
