 That file plays with a severely broken aspect, do you have any idea why
 that might be?
 Since the MXF file contains the correct 16:9 I suspect the SPS/PPS are
 broken and have wrong values.
 Is AVCI50 always 1440x1080 or is it possible the tool created incorrect
 headers for a 1920x1080 AVCI50 file?
