 mplayer/ffplay stops playing some files with error:
 Invalid palette update, offset=255 length=1 extends beyond palette size

 The bug first appeared with ffmpeg commit
 a93b572ae4f517ce0c35cf085167c318e9215908.

 Sample file (20130402_vc-error_sound-clicks.smk) is ~12MB,
 so it was uploaded to ftp://upload.ffmpeg.org/
 Only 38 seconds of this sample are played.
