 Yes. Both of these problems are only encountered when using the new
 avisynth demuxer added in that commit.  If you download a fresh git-master
 from today but replace avisynth.c with the old version from before that
 commit, you can build a fully working ffmpeg that does not exhibit either
 of these issues.
