Comment:

 (Is there a reason why you post the version information and the configure
 line twice?)

 Am I correct that the exact same problem is reproducible with the mpeg4
 encoder?

 Is the only problem you see that the FFmpeg muxer does not support
 variable frame rate? If yes, I will close this ticket because it is far
 too complicated to describe a simple issue.
 Or is there another problem? For example that audio and video are not in
 sync in your output file?

 If there is a problem apart from missing vfr support in the mov muxer: Is
 this problem only reproducible with a 677MB sample or is there a smaller
 sample available that shows the issue?
