 There is another (older) sample - http://samples.ffmpeg.org/mov/subtitles-
 embedded/BCDisassembly1RightSideTxt2.mov - that plays fine with QT 7.7.3
 It works fine with QT if the subtitle stream is copied (-scodec copy),
 shows weird (enlarged, red, misplaced) subtitles on QT with -scodec
 mov_text
