 I should update this to say that the above command line works ...
 sometimes.

 Other times the resulting video stutters like crazy. Oddly if you then do
 another of video and audio into mp4 the resulting video plays fine.

 Also if you use h264info on the video it will also play fine. It would be
 nice if ffmpeg could detect whatever is causing this and fix it in the
 file if necessary.

 Suggestions?
