 The ticket isn't about not being able to decode the file. The ticket is
 about not being able to encode the file!

 FFMPEG cannot create (from all documentation, and all comments in here and
 all comments online) an m4v file with TRUEHD OR DTS-MA tracks in it even
 though the standard allows it, and even though Handbreak can do it and the
 resulting files play just fine.

 Thus FFMPEG needs to fix support for encoding M4V with TRUEHD AND DTS-MA.
 That's the point.
