 if "s->last_lambda_for [s->pict_type]" crashes then we could assume
 pict_type has a value far outside the arrays diemnsions. Next would be to
 find out what sets it to such invalid value (if thats the case). I cant
 reproduce the bug here so someone else will have to do that ...
