 See the line I use for an example:
 ARD:314000000:INVERSION_AUTO:6900000:FEC_AUTO:QAM_256:2000+2001+2101+2071:2041+2011+2012:2001
 Iirc, 2000 is the pmt, 2001 video, 2101 contains teletext and 2071 the dvb
 subtitles, remaining ones are audio.
