 The patch does not apply, neither. I read http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail
 /ffmpeg-devel/2013-May/143216.html and http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-
 devel/2013-May/143222.html and guessed what should I do, but still, it
 fails.
