 I uploaded a sample produced with
 dd if=sample.avi
 of=sample_avi_to_mpegts_with_reencoding_mp3_audio_to_ac3.avi bs=1024
 count=10000
 but don't be suprised, it is also a file what was build with ffmpeg by the
 internet videoportal http://www.onlinetvrecorder.com/v2/
 You can reproduce the problem with every HQ videofile.
