 Wrt sRGB gamma: See
 [https://github.com/wolfgangw/digital_cinema_tools/wiki/Open-source-tools-
 for-a-digital-cinema-pipeline#wiki-srgb-gamma] for a note. While the page
 is rather outdated re used tools I believe the sRGB linearization and
 compunding math is correct.
