 got it, I used -f mp4 and it worked fine. I guess -f rawvideo was changing
 muxers (which caused the audio to be disbaled in 1st pass) hence causing
 2nd pass to crash since audio was present with the mp4 muxer.

 Is this correct?

 Also I didn't any performance improvement by using -f mp4 NUL vs xyz.mp4 -
 is that the right behavior?
