 It's reproducible with the current git head (tested this morning).
 About when it got broke:
 I tested older builds from: http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/static/
 and

 ffmpeg-2.0.2-win32-static.7z                26-Oct-2013 05:47  9.2M
 works fine and the next:
 ffmpeg-20131026-git-c78a416-win32-static.7z 26-Oct-2013 17:16  9.5M
 doesn't since they are both build on the same day, this should help limit
 the commits which might be responsible.
