 also the patch should be split into self contained fixes, 1 issue == 1
 patch when its submitted to ffmpeg-devel.
 We can apply a huge monolithic patch too if thats the only option but it
 will give everyone working on aac headaches (that is you all) when theres
 a regression and git bisect then ends up just pointing to a huge all in
 one change.
