 Is there an application that correctly shows top-field-first?

 {{{h->sps.pic_struct_present_flag}}} is set, {{{h->sei_pic_struct}}} is
 set to {{{SEI_PIC_STRUCT_FRAME}}}, mxf does not set
 {{{descriptor->field_dominance}}} afaict.
