 Summary of the bug:

 Creating/Remuxing AVI files results in unplayable (no screen) AVI for
 hardware player Philips DVP640

 How to reproduce: Type Command below:

 ffmpeg -v 9 -loglevel 99 -report  -i video.avi -vcodec copy -acodec copy
 remuxed.avi

 Version Tested: Lavf55.21.101


 Observations:

 No video using ffmpeg.

 For comparison equivalent mencoder command (plays on DVP640), command as
 follows:

 mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy video.avi  -o M_Remuxed.avi
