 The following Realmedia stream plays fine with {{{mplayer -demuxer lavf
 -vc ffrv40 -ac ffcook}}} (and the native MPlayer demuxer), plays badly
 showing artefacts and missing audio with ffplay, transcoding with ffmpeg
 is impossible afaict:
