Comment:

 I ran "make clean" and then pwd followed by ls. Please see Pre-Compile
 FS.txt for the results.

 I then ran "/configure --enable-shared --enable-libx264 --enable-gpl"
 followed by make, pwd, and ls. Please see Post-Compile FS.txt for the
 results.

 I then ran the same tests as shown in the original ticket description with
 the same results. Please see test results 2.txt for the log.a

 As far as I can understand, this is what you meant by running ./ffmpeg
 from the build directory which is what I did in the original ticket.
