Comment (by saste):

 Can you provide an example of how you would like to see the tag names?
 Also, q=1 is meant to allow validation with XSD tools (e.g. xmllint), what
 tools are failing to parse the generated XML? Why do you need to fully
 qualify all the contained elements?
