 The binaries are LGPL builds of the 2.4 FFMPEG release.  Separate
 installers and the source that created the binaries are available here:

 http://www.drasticsource.org

 They were built using the methods described here:

 https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/CrossCompilingForWindows

 Please note, this is a zip from the build, but the source code is also
 identical to the 2.4 release.
