Comment:

 According to ribasushi (IRC / #ffmpeg), this might be due to a bug in the
 kernel: http://sourceforge.net/p/linux-uvc/mailman/message/33164469/

 Maybe there is something to improve in our API usage, but it's apparently
 a regression in the Linux kernel since it's not supposed to break
 userland, so I'm closing the ticket for now. Feel free to re-open if you
 don't think it's justified.
