 Anyone should keep in mind that these fields may go away in the future.
 They are deprecated now, so future developments should use "render2", and
 all the required data is passed to the render2 callback.

 FernetMenta already expressed intention to use render2 after the next XBMC
 release, so that should cover it, i guess. :)
