 I used iSpy which is camera program and windows movie maker to get list
 and all same with mentioned resolutions. Also my internal resolution
 enumerator using dshow (not ffmpeg) comes up with same list.

 When I try to list_options via ffplay I must use video="Logitech HD Webcam
 C525". Using just "HD Webcam C525" errors out saying device not found for
 me. Using XP now but can try Windows7 64bit later. Try using the full name
 "Logitech HD Webcam C525" and see what you get with that. The name
 difference is probably a clue though.
