 Summary of the bug:
 The gnutls certificate support was added in gnutls 3.0.20, in
 libavformat/tls.c line 226 (sources of ffmpeg 2.2.4), the preprocessor
 only checks the MAJOR, so it tries to compile against gnutls 3.0 - 3.0.19
 with certificate support what fails.
 Please change the line from

 #if GNUTLS_VERSION_MAJOR >= 3

 to

 #if GNUTLS_VERSION_NUMBER >= 0x030020
