 The comparison of the v8g patch and the new v9 patch.

 The commandline is

 ffmpeg -i in.wav -c:a aac -strict experimental -q:a %v out.mp4
 }}}


 The v8g and v9 yields almost the same bitrate.

 The v8g(the triangle plots) is about 2x faster than the v9.
