 Summary of the bug:
 ffmpeg and ffplay fails to open this streams which is works with vlc
 player:
 rtsp://217.146.95.166:554/live/ch22yqcif.3gp
 rtsp://217.146.95.166:554/live/ch23yqcif.3gp
 rtsp://217.146.95.166:554/live/ch24yqcif.3gp

 I have tried this to reproduce with latest(20140924-git-3bc0361) ffmpeg
 and ffplay zeranoe build.

 How to reproduce:
