 If there is an issue, it is a regression since e366e6bf

 For future tickets: Please do not use external libraries like libx264 to
 show issues, this makes reproducing them much easier. Please use
 {{{-vcodec mpeg4}}} instead, the output files are supported by all players
 afaict.
