 Hello, i got similar problem (alot of "Non-monotonous DTS") with input
 from mumudvb.
 The problem are appear only with "-codec:v copy".
 There is no such problem with ffmpeg 2.2.1, and there are with ffmpeg
 2.3.3 and 2.4.1
 If you need, i can share input stream.
