 @cehoyos–Both the warnings, 'WRN311: The Cues entry for timecode nnnnnn ms
 is listed after entry nnnnnn ms' and the 'Kodi bug' disappears after I
 applied your change to the one line in matroskaenc.c which disabled cue
 point writing.

 Sorry if that wasn't clear from my assessment above. (I see I didn't add
 the comment to the 2nd test that it played fine.)
