 The patch was made available by Carl. It can be applied easily with either
 `git apply patchmkvmov.diff` or `patch -p1 -N -i patchmkvmov.diff` from
 the root of the git repository or snapshot.

 I just did what you should've done right from the start before starting to
 insult everyone.

 The rest now depends if some other developer checks if the fix doesn't
 cause regressions. I'm not one.
