 FFMPEG seems to be missing documentation about which audio/video formats
 can be muxed into which containers

 for example, muxing an (HE)AAC/AC3/DTS/MP3/VORBIS audio track into MP4
 works fine
 however, muxing a FLAC audio track into MP4 fails with "codec not
 currently supported in container".

 is there any information which audio formats can be muxed into MP4 in
 special or which audio/video formats can be muxed into which containers in
 general?
