Comment:

 FFmpeg actually creates a valid file. Some players (like mpv) will have
 trouble seeking in it, because it has only 1 video frame, but a large
 audio track.

 What FFmpeg should do is not creating obscure files, but making the
 picture an attachment.

 (In case of confusion, I'm wm4.)
