 Both https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-all.html#http and protocols.texi
 document a timeout parameter for the http protocol.

 http.c doesn't have that parameters and aborts with an error if it's used
 though.

 As the underlaying tcp protocol has said parameter, i think http.c should
 forward it, instead of just removing the documentation.
