 Even among user-reported regressions, some are arguably more severe than
 others and this is a subjective matter, e.g most users feel that their own
 tickets are more "important". Anyway, I digress.

 I am interested in resolving this issue, and it seems like it has been
 stuck for a while with no consensus among the devs. Thoughts on how to
 proceed? Is it worthwhile resurrecting the old thread on this?
