Comment:

 to copy streams without any keyframe in them you can use -copyinkf (maybe
 it should be autodetected, iam not sure, if people think it should be open
 a ticket for that)
 ffplay selects a stream it can decode since
 802cca5905abe1fe8392e85a812462b959889aaa
 dolby E support wasnt the subject of this ticket
 so i think this is resolved
