 VBR MP3 is by itself a broken thing, so it's ok for it still contain TSSE
 if it helps.

 But normal CBR MP3 and definitely WAVs are not the case. Any auxilary
 information added to them is unnecessary optional hack/kludge.

 So there should be a simple way to omit any metadata in output at all.
 Just bare minimum - header (if necessary), stream(s) and an index (if
 necessary for the format).
