 Is the issue only reproducible with udp input or also with file (or
 {{{testsrc}}}) input?
 Is the issue only reproducible with rtmp output or also with file output?
 Is the issue only reproducible with {{{--enable-librtmp}}} or also with
 {{{./configure && make}}}?

 Unrelated: You should not use {{{--enable-nonfree --disable-yasm}}} in
 your configure line.
