 This issue is magnified by the fact that the disabled tracks on the
 resulting files cannot be modified. If you attempt to re-enable them in
 quicktime and re-save the file (without doing a "save-as" and creating a
 new file), the change doesn't stick. When you close and re-open the files
 the track will remain disabled.

 This really needs to be addressed -- it's rendering FFMPEG useless for us.
 I'd love to please see a response or even better, a patch!
