 The errors start appearing as soon as the boundary between clips is
 reached.
 Clip ordering does not change the behaviour; it recurs at the new clip
 boundary.
 Individually the clips encode fine.
 Concatenating Lagarith-encoded AVI versions of the input clips works fine.

 An older version of ffmpeg concatenates the same M2TS files as above to
 FFV1 without problems:
