 I still not tested yet (my own hardware is haswell). But looks like ivy
 bridge should to work even with build compiled under MINOR=9 if
 look_ahead=0 specified in command line. If yes than it will bad idea to
 make look_ahead=1 by default and all that is necessary is only correct
 default ratecontrol.
